Boardwalk Slice
India Pale Ale
7.2% ABV
Boardwalk Slice, our 7.2% IPA, features a proprietary hop with a unique name grown exclusively by our friends at Segal Hop Ranch in Yakima Valley. The hop is called Anchovy and pushes notes of fruit punch and Swedish Fish candies. We had the opportunity to first experience Anchovy straight from the bine while walking the hop yards with John Segal and Martin Ramos, the farm's hop breeder, last year during harvest. Based on that initial rub we couldn’t wait to get the unique flavor profile of this hop into a one of our beers. For Boardwalk Slice we paired this hop with Motueka in the whirlpool and Citra in the dry-hop to create a tropical fruit punch profile, perfect for a summer IPA. Boardwalk Slice pours a hazy golden orange with aromatics of watermelon candies, lime zest and your favorite childhood fruit punch.

Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave
India Pale Ale
7.4% ABV
For this batch of Party Wave we added Riwaka to the whirlpool to help boost those citrus and stone fruit flavors we bring in during the dry-hop while providing a smooth, firm bittering. For the dry-hop we did a massive two stage addition with a blend of Galaxy, Nectaron, Citra, HBC586, and a small amount of Riwaka. Double Dry-Hopped Party Wave has all same characteristics of the original with amped-up flavors of overripened pineapples, passionfruit, and a slight dank diesel profile.

Ležák 12°
Czech-Style Pale Lager
4.5% ABV
Ležák 12° was brewed using a three-step mash process and all Czech-grown Moravian floor-malted barley. It was exclusively hopped with Saaz and fermented cold with our house lager yeast. Following fermentation it was cold lagered in our 500L neutral oak puncheons for over a month to allow for flavor development and clarity. Pouring with a deep golden hue, Ležák 12° presents a sweet, toasted malt profile perfectly balanced by the citrus and floral spiciness of the Saaz hops.

Dropping Fruit PTCN
Fruited Sout
6.1% ABV
Inspired by the famous island cocktail Painkiller, this Dropping Fruit is our 6.1% Fruited Sour with Pineapple, Tangerine, Coconut and Nutmeg. Like all the beers in the Dropping Fruit series, it undergoes an overnight souring process followed by a clean fermentation with house ale yeast. Towards the end of fermentation we add a generous amount of Pineapple and Tangerine. Finally the beer is conditioned on freshly processed raw coconut and a hint of nutmeg. This Dropping Fruit balances the tropical flavors of piña colada and citrus with the subtle hint of spice and a slightly tart finish.

Turtle's Board

Turtle's Board, our 7.8% IPA, is hopped in the whirlpool with New Zealand Nectaron and Mosaic hops, then dry-hopped with a blend of Nectaron, Waimea, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. Turtles Board brings layers of citrusy pine, zesty lemon meringue, peach and stonefruit.

Aloha Shirt
India Pale Ale
7.1% ABV
Aloha Shirt is our 7.1% Pina Colada IPA brewed with real pineapple and coconut. Aloha Shirt is hopped with Sabro in the whirlpool which brings bright tropical fruit, coconut and cream flavors. Pineapple was added towards the end of fermentation, then it was dry-hopped with blend of Sultana and Sabro. The Sultana brings unique pineapple and citrus flavors, while the Sabro continues to build coconut flavors and a hint of creamy sweetness. Finally, the beer is conditioned on freshly processed raw coconut to bring together all those island flavors. Aloha Shirt brings those classic island flavors to your favorite New Jersey beaches.

Sideshore
Pilsner
5.4% ABV
Sideshore is our 5.4% Pilsner brewed with traditional German Pilsner malts and hopped firmly with a combination of Saaz, Spalt, and Saphir. Sideshore underwent a step mash regiment to help accentuate its malt character and was lagered cold for a month. The resulting beer pours a pale gold with a light unfiltered haze and displays traditional notes of light grain, a pleasant hop character and clean firm bitterness that is thirst quenching and highly drinkable.

Dropping Fruit POG
Fruited Sour
6.0% ABV
Dropping Fruit POG is brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt and soured in the kettle. We add a small amount of Czech Saaz during the boil then ferment it with our house ale yeast. During fermentation we added a ton of passionfruit, orange, and guava to ramp up the tropical juice flavors. Dropping Fruit POG creates a delightfully balanced beer, retaining a touch of residual malt sweetness reminiscent of the classic tropical breakfast juice with a hint of acidity and tartness perfect for the summer’s warm weather.

Epic Overhead
Triple IPA
10.2% ABV
Epic Overhead is an exceptional 10.2% Triple IPA brewed with a similar flavor profile to its younger brother, Overhead. To achieve its distinctive flavor, we added a slight bittering addition in the kettle with Columbus hops before a large dose of Centennial in the whirlpool. We added a large charge of Simcoe in the first dry hop and added a second round of Amarillo, Centennial, and Columbus hops for a truly layered experience. Epic Overhead pours with an unfiltered pale haze and brings a blend of clean citrus and pine, complemented by subtle notes of resin.

Cloud Cover
Belgian-Style Wheat Ale
4.8% ABV
Cloud Cover is our 4.8% traditionally brewed Belgian-Style Wheat Beer. Cloud Cover is brewed with Belgian pilsner malt and a blend of malted and unmalted wheat and oats. It’s hopped with our hand-selected German Hersbrucker hops from Seitz Farms and is spiced in the whirlpool with bitter and sweet orange peel and coriander. After fermenting with our house Belgian yeast it was cold conditioned for several weeks to allow the favors to developed. It is naturally refermented in the can to produce a highly effervescent beer that is perfect for the Summer season. Cloud Cover pours a hazy yellow with a rocky white foam head and aromatics of fresh bananas with a hint of clove

Fresh Hot Coat is a 7.6% IPA brewed with a blend of Pilsner, wheat, and oats. It’s hopped with Mosaic Incognito and Riwaka in the whirlpool and dry-hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic and Riwaka. Sea Summit

Sea Summit is our 6.8% West Coast-Inspired IPA brewed with a blend of Pilsner, wheat, dextrine and light crystal malts. It is hopped plentifully in the kettle and whirlpool with a blend of Centennial, Simcoe and Wimea hops before being fermented dry with a classic west coast yeast. Sea Summit is then dry hopped with Simcoe, Waimea, Citra and Centennial. Sea Summit pours a pale yellow color with a light natural haze. It has aromatics of citron, mangoes and an underlying fresh pine profile. Crisp and Clean.

Golden Feelings
Cream Ale
5.5% ABV
Golden Feelings, our 5.5% Cream Ale is our interpretation of an East Coast classic style. Golden Feelings is brewed with a blend of pilsner malt and corn and is hopped exclusively with our German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops from Seitz Farms in Bavaria. We cold ferment this to create a crisp drinking profile. Golden feelings pours a light yellow with a light, unfiltered haze and a nice white foam. It has aromatics of crackers and cornbread with some spicy hop notes from the use of noble hops, the cool fermentation lends to a crisp mouthfeel and drinking experience.

Sunday Brunch (2023)
Imperial Milk Porter

Sunday Brunch is brewed with maple syrup, cinnamon, Rook Coffee, and lactose. It is brewed with a blend of pilsner malt and English crystal and roasted malts. Sunday Brunch pours a black color with light coffee foam. Aromatics are of freshly roasted coffee and maple-drenched french toast. Sunday Brunch drinks are smooth with a rounded body and intertwined notes of coffee, maple, and cinnamon.

Riomaggiore
Italian-Style Pilsner
5.2% ABV
Riomaggiore is our 5.2% Italian-style Pilsner brewed with a simple malt bill consisting of Eraclea malt, a terroir malt from Italy’s Adriatic coast and hopped in the kettle with Hersbrucker from Seitz Farms in Germany. It was then fermented cold and lagered for eight weeks before being gently dry-hopped with Hersbrucker and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops. Riomaggiore is an extremely drinkable, crisp pale lager with subtle notes of honey, lemon, and clean floral noble hop character, inspired by a summer spent on the Italian coast.

Summer Share
Double IPA
8.0% ABV
Summer Share is an 8% hazy Double IPA brewed with a blend of pilsner malt, wheat, oats and dextrin malt. Summer Share takes a diversified hopping profile, similar to some of our anniversary IPAs of past. We hit it with a range of classic hops in the first dry hop, including Bravo, Comet, Simcoe and Mosaic and dry hopped with some newer varietals in the second dry hop, including Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc, HBC-586, Galaxy and a touch of Cashmere. Summer Share bridges the profiles of old school and new school with aromatics of ripe tropical fruits, gooseberries along with an underlying profile of pine, resin and citrus.

Waimea Pro
Imperial India Pale Ale

Waimea Pro is brewed with pilsner malt, hopped in the whirlpool with Citra then dry-hopped with tons of Waimea, Galaxy and Citra. It pours a hazy golden color and pushes aromatics of tangerine, pomelo, pineapple and mango.

Coolship 11°
Czech-Style Pale Lager
4.3% ABV
Coolship 11° was brewed using exclusively floor-malted Moravian barley utilizing a three-step mash. It was hopped with Czech Saaz in the kettle before being racked to our Coolship for a short two-hour rest to produce an extremely clear wort. While in the Coolship we added a large dose of whole leaf Saaz hops. It was then cold fermented with a traditional Czech yeast strain provided by the Wild East team. After fermentation it was transferred to 500L Puncheons for extended cold lagering before packaging. Coolship 11° pours bright gold with floral and spicy aromatics that can only be achieved with whole leaf hops. The crackery malt profile is supported by smooth, clean bitterness making for an extremely drinkable 4.3% lager.

Shifting Squall

Shifting Squall is brewed with a robust grist composition featuring choice English Golden Promise, Oats, Chocolate and Roast malts and hopped with Cascade, Chinook, and Bravo in the Whirlpool. This beer underwent a double-mash process which involved two separate mashes collected together and boiled for an extended period, allowing for further development of flavor. Shifting Squall pours jet black with a cascading mocha tan head and presents a complex flavor profile of fruity dark malts, chocolate-citrus, baker’s chocolate, and roasty burnt brownie edges rounded out by a pleasant resinous hop bitterness.

Mexican Dessert is our 9.2% massive and decadent Imperial Milk Porter brewed with heaps of Vermont Maple Syrup and conditioned on graham crackers, coconut, maple syrup, cinnamon, cacao nibs, ancho chilies and Rook coffee. It is brewed with a blend of German and British malts to provide a complex base for this delicious dessert beer Mexican Dessert pours black with a mocha foam and aromatics of s'mores, bakers chocolate, maple syrup and Mexican chocolate milk along with a creamy top note of toasted coconut.

Pastel Raindrops

Pastel Raindrops was hopped with Citra in the whirlpool and heavily dry hopped with a blend of HBC 586, Nectaron, Nelson, and Citra Cyro. We added a small dose of lactose to add some sweetness and increased mouthfeel. Pastel Raindrops pours a hazy orange and is densely hoppy with notes of overripe pineapple, fresh pressed Hawaiian POG juice, and notes of lychee.Big aroma, load of flavor and really tasty.

Barrel Lagered Winter Daydream is a 7.9% Winter Bock. We took Winter Daydream and gave it an additional 2 months of lagering in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. Brewed with traditional German base and roasted malts, Winter Daydream pours a dark mahogany with ruby highlights. It has rounded aromatics with nuances of bourbon, vanilla and chocolate from the intermingling of the beer and oak with a plush mouthfeel boosted by the additional lagering time. Barrel Lagered Winter Day Dream, balanced and clean.
