Bierhalle

⁣Bierhalle, our 6.0% German-style Märzen Lager, was brewed using the oldest German malting barley variety Isaria, and a blend of German Pilsner and Vienna malts made from heirloom barley varietals. ⁣ ⁣ It was hopped in the kettle with several additions of Hallertau Mittelfrüh from Seitz Farms in Germany.⁣ ⁣ Towards the end of a cool fermentation with our house lager yeast, Bierhalle was spunded to allow the beer to carbonate naturally. It was then cold lagered in the brite tank for over a month before packaging. ⁣ ⁣ Bierhalle pours a deep burnt gold color with a light unfiltered haze. The use of German heirloom malts provide a malty-sweet taste and soft biscuit like aromas with notes of honey and toasted nuts. ⁣ ⁣ Bierhalle is a full-bodied lager with a gentle natural carbonation and a crisp, clean finish.⁣ ⁣
